Using an offer

We record the offer you claim, its source platform, issue and expiry times, and any redemption location, time and staff account. Voucher records do not require a name, phone number or customer account. Staff access uses a session cookie.

Claim limits

To limit repeated claims, we temporarily store a keyed hash of your IP address. It is used for rate limiting, not advertising profiles, and is removed by the daily cleanup job after 24 hours. Essential session cookies keep forms secure.

Optional email delivery

If you request a copy by email, your address is used only to send the voucher and merchant information. It is cleared from our delivery queue after successful sending; remaining queue records are removed after seven days. The mail provider may have separate delivery logs. This request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Before launch

The operator must complete the applicable lawful bases, processor details, hosting and mail locations, voucher and audit retention periods, data rights process and supervisory authority information for the actual deployment. This page is a technical draft and requires operator review before launch.
